How can I buy?
Customers may purchase by using the shopping basket on the website where available, by telephone or by calling at our shop in Stockton on Tees (details on the Contact Us page). Some items as indicated are only available to personal callers.
How much will I be charged?
Prices are shown in £ British Pounds and include UK VAT and delivery for the UK and Ireland. This will only vary if you don’t pay UK VAT , live outside the free delivery areas or choose to pay with a credit card issued under a different currency.
How can I tell for sure if a product is in stock?
We can only guarantee you 100% that a product is in stock if you call us for a physical stock check prior to ordering. Humans and computers are both capable of errors! Most things even if they aren’t in stock only take a few days, but some which are built just for the client can take much longer. Please call for info on any item.
How can I pay?
The easiest way is by using a credit or debit card (we accept most) at the shopping cart checkout, but we can also offer paypal, chq cash and bank transfer. International customers must pay by bank transfer or paypal with verified shipping address only.
How long will it take to deliver?
We aim to despatch same day (for orders placed up to 2pm) for available stock items to the vast majority of UK mainland addresses. Please remember to check with us first for a physical stock check if next day delivery is important to you.
Non stock items and International orders may take significantly longer.
Is there a problem with your delivery?
Sometimes unfortunately things can go wrong…
Even though we despatch on some of the fastest (and safest) services available, we cannot be held liable for any losses you may occur as a result of a late or faulty delivery.
If your item appears damaged on arrival – please make sure you sign for the item as DAMAGED. If you are unsure please sign for a delivery as UNCHECKED.
Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if there is a problem.
