<p>LEVIS feet use opposing magnets to support your turntable, allowing it to float on a cushion of air. This innovative design adds an extra layer of structural isolation between your turntable&#039;s sensitive components and the surface it rests on.
Structural vibrations can be caused by dynamic forces from loudspeakers, foot traffic, nearby traffic, electrical transformers, and even turntable motors. Even the smallest vibrations can transfer to your turntable and impact its performance. LEVIS feet effectively eliminate these vibrations before they become an issue.
When designing a magnetic levitation device, it&#039;s crucial to control the levitation mechanism and ensure the assembly remains intact. After exploring existing solutions, we decided on a fully enclosed design with minimal contact points.
In operation, each foot features only three tiny, unloaded contact points—almost pinpoints—made from high-rigidity, low-mass polymer. These contact points do not bear weight and are isolated from the metal components by a polymer housing and spring. Their sole purpose is to prevent metal parts from touching, resulting in an exceptionally low level of contact and maximising contact-free support.
LEVIS feet are sold in sets of three and come in two weight ranges:

LEVIS&amp;nbsp;(for full-size turntables with hinged lids, 13kg-30kg)
LEVIS SE&amp;nbsp;(for SE model turntables, 9.5kg-14kg)
